Park Modern Situated within Melbourne’s Arts Precinct and designed in collaboration with Bates Smart, Park Modern is conceived as a Parkside Sculpture, an enduring work of architecture with a forever outlook. Every detail has been considered to stand the test of time, blending sculptural form with the rhythm of its surroundings. Bordering the Royal Botanic Gardens, the building offers a refined collection of wellness spaces, resident lounges, and curated communal areas, creating a sanctuary where art, design, and nature coexist.Â
The Queensbridge Building
Queensbridge is a neighbourhood building located at a nexus joining Melbourne CBD, the Yarra River, South Melbourne and the Arts Precinct. Designed to feel, in its truest sense, like a beautiful, modern Australasian home balancing rough cut stone, swathes of cool concrete, lush urban greenery, rich woods, abundant natural light and cosy furniture. The interior effect at Queensbridge is one of timeless quality, nostalgia and comfort – which all combine to offer a dynamic living experience.
